Hello, everyone! Recently, I reviewed Ozeri’s green earth pans and glad to share my opinions with you. A good non-stick pan is something any cook will appreciate and put to use on a regular basis. The coating on these pans has always been controversial as it has both pros and cons. Unlike some of the other brands, Ozeri has created green earth products to give us the peace of mind so that we can focus on preparing healthy meals.
Ozeri pan utilizes GREBLON ceramic – an ultra-safe ceramic coating from Germany which is 100% PTFE, PFOA and APEO free (no heavy metals or chemicals). They do not produce any harmful fumes while cooking. And, the honeycomb design on the pan helps distribute heat evenly. The pans handles are heat-resistant and easy to hold on. The set comes in three sizes – 8″, 10″, 12″, which makes it convenient for cooking different dishes. I have a picture for you here – I made an okra dish, and it turned out crispy! It is hard to make crunchy okra without adding generous amounts of oil. But, I cooked this dish with just a little oil and less supervision. There was no need to toss and turn to keep okra from sticking to the pan. It also cleans off well and easy to store as well. I’ve used it several times over the past two weeks, and they have not disappointed me so far!
