I can’t wait for spring! I plan to make the most out of my new GrillFella BBQ & Wok Silicone Heat Resistant Gloves that I received to review in the next few months. It was a beautiful day today in California, and I had time to see if the wok fit on my portable grill. As you can see, I’m ready for BBQ weather – my grill, wok, and the gloves are perfect. I’m looking forward to grilling some veggies and patties without worrying about little pieces falling into charcoal.
The wok is well made and the perfect size. It comes with a divider that can be easily adjusted. That will allow picky eaters to pick a side with their veggie selections. The sides of the wok are high enough; therefore tossing veggies to ensure that the food is cooked evenly should be easy. The wok is also vented all around, which will let heat out evenly. The handles seem strong and sturdy, and that will let me add tons of veggies in the grill. And the product comes with two heat pads to help move the hot wok around. What isn’t to love?
The silicone gloves are just amazing too. I’ve thrown out several cotton oven mitts just because I’ve felt hot air coming into tiny holes and onto my bare hands. I’ve also discarded them because they didn’t have good grip. These gloves have texture on both sides, allowing for comfort and a firm grip. Best of all, it is so easy to clean them! No more stains on mitts and no odor at all.
Those look pretty neat! We love to grill, and this is something I’d probably try! 😉
We were told by our butcher to get a pair of silicone gloves. He also bakes pies in his shop and said they are the best solution out there for this moment.
We will order a pair once BBQ season starts.

thank you! we had the worst drought in a long time.. and we were not allowed to water the lawn everyday.. there are gaps in the lawn.. hope to see some rain here!
Look at that blue sky there?! Its a rainy mess next door here in Arizona and we got the Super Bowl coming up. I too am ready for BBQ weather! Have fun with your wok!
I love using silicone in my kitchen. I have a pair of silicone oven mitts that I have absolutely loved.
