Knife Sharpener For Ceramic/Steel

Knife Sharpener For Ceramic/Steel Review & A Giveaway

I received a knife sharpener to review and to my surprise, I didn’t know such a tool existed for kitchens.  For some strange reason, I’ve never come across this in shops. I feel guilty about all the dull knives I’ve replaced with newer ones. With sharper knifes cooking has become so easy and less time consuming. Now, I really can’t complain about cooking!

I put this to test and quite amazed by the results.  Here’s my honest feedback and a list of impressive features –

  • This sharpener has two stones – one for course sharpening and the other for fine honning.
  • Safe and secure – It has a suction cup on the bottom, and all you have to do is pull down the lever to secure it to a surface while you are sharpening your knives.
  • It takes only 3-5 pulls to sharpen a knife. I did notice some shavings on the blade, and it is a good idea to rinse them off after sharpening.
  • It will not cause nicks in the Blade.
  • It is small, light and compact. Can be easily stored in a kitchen drawers.
  • Finally, it comes with a money back guarantee.

I totally feel a kitchen knife sharpener is a good investment. You might actually win one, if you enter my giveaway!

  1. Yeap I cook every single day! 😀

  2. That’s a pretty neat gadget! I will have to share this with my hubby he would love it!

  3. I had one ages ago that was built into my can opener. Needless to say, it wasn’t the best. This is what I need to do, especially since my knives right now are horrible!

  4. This looks like a quality knife sharpener. I like that it has two blades. Sharpening and honning are both important to do to keep your knives sharp!

  5. Thanks for your review. i wonder though, how does it sound? I have an aversion to the sound that knives make when they are being sharpened.

  6. Post comment
