I’ve been busy creating a mini rock garden in our backyard. I felt very happy when I finally cleared some space for a few heavy rocks and rose bushes. I can’t wait to see some rose buds and flowers midst the rocks. To brighten our garden at night, I have added a Gama Soic Outdoor Solar Lights. I received this to review from Westside Wholesale, and it is a perfect fit for my backyard. I assembled it in a snap and it started working the first day at dawn. My rock garden looks amazing at all times – day and night!
Solar lights are the most convenient lights – there is no wiring or any complicated installation. And, it doesn’t have to sit permanently on one spot. Those are not the only advantages – solar power is non-polluting, meaning it does not emit greenhouse gases; it requires very little maintenance; it is safer than traditional current; and we all know there is no cost to run this – Mr. Sun powers it up. Amazing how the solar panel transforms sunlight into electrical energy and stores this in the rechargeable batteries. And at night, the LED bulb automatically turns on to illuminate using the stored energy.. technology at its best! It feels good to be green. It feels good to have a bright light in my backyard.. I might just add a few more annuals and perennials to this garden to fill some of the empty space.. just enough so that the rocks and the solar lights are still the spotlight 🙂 What do you think of my mini garden? Look forward to your comments…

I think it looks great! I like the lights and they seem to produce a decent amount of light. I really like the placement of rocks and plants…it looks natural and organic.
Thank you Julie! It was quite tricky to place these rocks.. and I tried to create a natural look. I’m happy to see your comment 🙂
