Keri’s dual julienne and vegetable peeler turned my plain old carrots, squash, and zucchini into noodles in just a few minutes. I’ve been browsing several low carb recipes that replaced pasta noodles with vegetables and that’s something I have always wanted to introduce to my family. With a tool like this, I am quite convinced it is totally possible to create such healthy meals.ย I took a shot at it, and to my surprise my family enjoyed the dinner tonight. I tossed julienned veggies, some pesto sauce and a little salt in a hot pan and it turned out really yummy. I’ve a few photographs of how beautiful vegetables looked when shredded like this..
I’m glad I was careful when I pulled the peeler out of the box, the blades otherwise would have cut my fingers. It is very sharp and there isn’t enough instructions that come with it. But, it is pretty easy to use – one side shreds the veggies into strands and the other side slices them thin. The thin slices are perfect for sandwiches. It is a well made gadget, quite study, has a good grip, and is easy to clean as well. Overall, I think it is a nice tool to have in the kitchen which will make meal planning a lot more interesting and healthier. I plan to use this a lot and happy to offer you one as a part of this giveaway. Please fill in the raffle below..

I love these! My girls love helping me in the kitchen so their job is to peel!
Oh yes. I would for sure love it and could really use a new one. Not sure what is happening to my peelers but they just fall apart too often ๐
This looks like an awesome tool! I have never used a vegetable peeler before. Great contest! ๐
Love the idea of using these long slim slices for sandwiches!
I don’t have a peeler. But it sounds like a good peeler. Not good that it almost cut your fingers.
Keriโs dual julienne and vegetable peeler looks so handy & I can see that it has done a great job right away. I am sure it could save lot of time in Kitchen. Thanks for sharing.
This looks like a great tool to help make some awesome salads!
I have one of these (actually three) and it is far superior to others that I have owned. My one caution is that it is also far sharper than others! Lesson Learned.
Finding a really good vegetable peeler is more challenging than most would think.
I love veggies julienned. They are so pretty–plush my kiddos think they are fun enough they’ll eat ’em. A gadget that also makes slices, without taking up room in the drawer, makes this a must-have kitchen gadget.
Definitely looks like a handy gadget to have in the kitchen. Thanks for posting!
Great post Vidya. I will share it with my Mom and my Sister. I am sure, they will like it very much. Thank you for sharing such a nice post. Keep posting.
