I’m getting a bit more serious this year with my weight loss goal! Previously, I had reviewed Ozeri’s digital scale and to complement this, I received Ozeri’s body tape measure and body fat test caliper to review. These three products are helping me measure – pounds, inches and body fat levels! Well, that’s what I need now to keep me motivated.
Body tape measure is quite easy to use. It has push-button locking and retraction for easy and accurate measuring. It is curved to fit the shape of the body compared to conventional measuring tape that are flat. It’s a vinyl tape, therefore I’m hoping it will not break easily. I have never used a caliber before, and with curiosity I kept pinching my body to see the numbers on the scale. I still have to get familiarized with not body fat chart, but I’m glad to be monitoring this as well to keep up with my New Year’s resolution. Caliber comes with illustrated how-to use instructions, and a body fat chart for men and women to give you an idea of where your body fat level falls. I just wish the plastic was stronger, other than that, I’m quite happy with both these products. Overall, these tools are designed to help with weight loss.
Great info. I need to get a fat ad BMI calculator, it is very helpful to be able to use monthly to just keep on track with things.

In my opinion, with my Kinesiology back ground, I believe that calipers (when used correctly) are the best way to measure body fat and progress! Great work!
This was next on my list for the Ozeri products that I reviewed, but I did not continue with my reviews with them. This would have been very helpful for me and hubby in our weight loss–and gain– journey. 🙂 Ozeri has really wonderful products. I did a lot of review with them too!
